Terms of Use

In effect from: 2026-09-03 Lucezora

These terms are the agreement between you and DVA MEDVEDA d.o.o. Beograd for the use of Lucezora. They also serve as the end user licence agreement (EULA) for the app. By using Lucezora you accept them.

1. What the service is

Lucezora calculates Human Design and astrological charts from birth data you provide, and produces descriptive and AI-generated analyses based on those calculations. It is available as a mobile app for iOS and Android.

Human Design is a symbolic system. The astronomical calculations underneath it are precise and verifiable; the interpretations built on top of them are not scientific claims and are not presented as such.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Lucezora on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. This licence is granted by DVA MEDVEDA d.o.o. Beograd, not by Apple or Google.

You may not: copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it; resell, sublicense or redistribute it or its content; use automated means to extract content at scale; or use the service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, whichever gives you more protection prevails.

3. Your account

You can use part of Lucezora without an account. For the rest you register with an email address, or sign in with Apple or Google.

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • The information you give at registration must be accurate.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure, and for what happens under it.
  • If you enter someone else’s birth data, you confirm you are entitled to do so: with that person’s agreement, or as the parent or guardian of the child concerned.
  • One person, one account. Accounts created to abuse trial limits or the referral programme may be closed.

You can delete your account at any time — in the app under Settings, or on the account deletion page.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Lucezora offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Everything below applies to every paid plan.

What you get and what it costs

  • Plans. Premium and Extended. What each one includes is listed on the plans section and shown in the app before you buy.
  • Length. Subscriptions are offered per period — typically monthly or yearly. The exact period is shown on the purchase screen.
  • Price. Shown in your local currency on the purchase screen before you confirm. Prices vary by country and may change; we tell you in advance, and a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
  • Limits. Analyses are counted per calendar month and unused ones do not carry over; the free plan’s trial analyses and compatibility calculations are a one-off allowance. If a paid plan ends, nothing you created is deleted: charts above the free plan’s limit stay on your device and in your account, but changes stop syncing until you remove the extra charts or subscribe again.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, and your account is charged through the store you bought from. Renewal continues until you cancel.

How to cancel

  1. iOS. Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lucezora → Cancel subscription.
  2. Android. Google Play app → profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lucezora → Cancel.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, or the next period may still be charged. After cancelling you keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Deleting the app or your Lucezora account does not cancel a subscription. Billing is handled entirely by Apple and Google, and only they can stop it. Cancel through the store first, then delete your account.

Trials and refunds

If a free or discounted trial is offered, its length and what happens afterwards are stated on the purchase screen. Unless you cancel before it ends, a trial converts into a paid subscription automatically.

Refunds are handled by the store, not by us: Apple or Google Play. Where consumer law in your country gives you a right of withdrawal, that right applies in addition and you can write to us at admin@dvamedveda.com.

5. Referral programme

You may receive a referral code to share. Where a reward is offered for a successful referral, its terms are shown in the app at the time. Codes have no cash value, cannot be sold or exchanged, and we may withdraw a reward obtained through fake accounts, automation or other manipulation.

6. Content and intellectual property

The app, its interface, its reference texts and its calculation engine belong to DVA MEDVEDA d.o.o. Beograd and are protected by copyright. The licence in section 2 does not transfer any ownership.

Your birth data remains yours. By using the service you allow us to process it for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy — that permission exists solely so we can provide the service to you.

Analyses generated for you are yours to use personally. Because AI systems can produce similar text for similar inputs, we make no claim that generated text is unique to you, and you may not resell it as an independent product.

Human Design as a body of knowledge originates with its own authors and rights holders. Lucezora is an independent application, not affiliated with or endorsed by any Human Design organisation.

Lucezora also contains open-source components and third-party data. Their licences and the attributions they require are listed on the third-party licences page.

7. What the service does not claim

Lucezora is for adults and is intended for self-reflection and entertainment. Its content — including personalised analyses — is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial or legal advice, and does not replace consulting a qualified professional.

  • Do not use Lucezora to make decisions about health, medication or treatment. If you have a health concern, see a doctor.
  • Do not use it as a basis for financial or legal decisions.
  • If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency service or a crisis line. The app is not equipped for that and must not be relied on for it.
  • AI-generated analyses may contain inaccuracies, contradictions or repetition. Treat them as prompts for reflection, not statements of fact.

The service is provided “as is”. Within the limits the law allows, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any interpretation it produces will fit you.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Lucezora is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take on the basis of content in the app.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country. If you are a consumer in the European Union, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Lucezora at any time and delete your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service or harms other users or our infrastructure. Where it is reasonable to do so, we warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we close your account without cause, you may ask the store for a refund of the unused part of your subscription.

We may also discontinue the service. In that case we give reasonable notice in the app, and you can request a copy of your data before it stops.

10. Apple and Google

Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for Lucezora. They have no obligation to provide support for it.

Where you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Claims about the app — including product liability, failure to conform to legal requirements and intellectual property claims — are our responsibility, not Apple’s. Support requests go to support@lucezora.com.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we notify you in the app before it takes effect and, where the law requires it, ask you to accept the new version. If you do not accept it, you can stop using the service and delete your account; changes never apply retroactively to a subscription period you have already paid for.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Serbia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

If something goes wrong, write to admin@dvamedveda.com first — nearly everything is resolved that way. If you are a consumer in the European Union and we cannot reach agreement, the European Commission publishes a directory of consumer dispute resolution bodies for every member state.
