Delete your account

Lucezora

Use this page to permanently delete your Lucezora account and the data attached to it. You do not need to install or open the app to do it.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, and only they can stop the billing — we cannot do it for you. Cancel in your device’s subscription settings first, then come back here. Otherwise you will keep being charged for a service you can no longer reach.

Delete your account

How it works

  1. Enter the email address of your account and confirm.
  2. We email a six-digit code to that address. This step exists so that nobody else can delete your account.
  3. Enter the code on this page. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

We reply the same way whether or not an account exists for the address you enter. That is deliberate: otherwise this form could be used to find out who is registered.

The confirmation arrives as a code rather than a clickable link on purpose. Mail scanners follow links automatically, so a one-time link would often be spent before you ever opened the message.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details.
  • All saved charts and the birth data in them — names, dates, times and places of birth.
  • Compatibility calculations and generated analyses.
  • Usage counters and referral links.
  • Your record with our subscription provider.

What we have to keep

  • Your email address — kept for 30 days, so that deleting and re-creating an account does not hand out the free trial calculations again. Nothing else is stored with it, and it is deleted automatically.
  • Transaction records — accounting and tax law requires us to retain them for several years. They contain the fact and amount of a payment, not your charts.
  • Backups — kept for at most 30 days, so deleted data leaves them within that time.
  • Security logs — kept up to 90 days for abuse prevention.

Other ways to do this

In the app: Settings → Delete account. Same result, and it takes effect immediately because you are already signed in.

If neither route works for you, write to admin@dvamedveda.com from the address on the account. We reply within 30 days.

If you signed in with Apple or Google, use the address that account gives you. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, enter the relay address ending in privaterelay.appleid.com.
